At Ernest Doe Online Country Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or through our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include a copy of your delivery note or invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
